We sell excess inventory, demos, and
working pulls. Some of our items are "New" or "Like New" in an opened box. Most
items are in "Good" to "Very Good" condition. All product defects
(such as scratches or dings) will be clearly noted on our auction page under "Condition".

Does
this product include any software or licenses?
We sell hardware ONLY.
We do not sell software. All software, firmware, passwords, or license issues
are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can
you send me your complete list of your products? Sorry, we DO NOT send
or e-mail our inventory list to anyone. Everything we have for sale is listed
in our eBay store.

If the item is "New" and in its original
OEM sealed box, it should include the manufacturer's standard accessories. However,
pease check each auction's description for complete and particular details about
specific items.

We usually ship within 1-2 business
days after we receive payment. Your shipping methods can be upgraded for an additional
fee, but we still cannot GUARANTEE that your item will leave the warehouse in
less than 48 hours. If you have a critical deadline or need this item immediately,
PLEASE DON'T BID!

I
live in Texas. Do I have to pay Texas sales taxes and would it be possible for
me to pick up my item directly from your warehouse?
If you live in Texas
-- or want to ship to a Texas address -- we must charge Texas Sales Tax for your
item. Sorry. It's State law. Local pickup is not available. We are eBay sellers--not
retailers--and the warehouse is not open to the public.

You are able to retract your bid BEFORE the auction closes. You may also contact
us through e-mail, and we can cancel it for you. However, if the auction closes
and you are the winner, you WILL be responsible for paying.

I'm sorry, but we are NOT shipping anything to internationally
at this time.

if the item I won is not available or was listed in error?
In the event
that we do not have an item in stock, we reserve the right to upgrade the listing
to an item of equal or greater value. For items listed in error, we reserve the
right to void all sales and refund in full any payments received on the item within
72 hours.

If you pay by PayPal, we
will ONLY ship to your "PayPal Confirmed Address." If you pay by check (US
